The lecture by Ernie Regehr, “The Arctic and the East-West Nuclear Confrontation”, was held on October 24th in Demarais Hall, hosted by CIPS at Universitiy of Ottawa.
Regehr was later awarded the Canadians for a Nuclear Weapons Convention 2024 Distinguished Achievement Award,
